Teeth is one parts of our body, it is consist of bone and surrounded by gums, tooth are using for many function such as eat, talk, jaws growing, or for cosmetics. Can you imagine someone without tooth? the younger one of course.. :)

Without tooth on your mouth, i can guarrantee that you will not feel confidence when you meet somebody else, especially your boy/girl friend from another gender..besides you still can talk each other..

For better growth, tooth must have a special and routine treatment, and it should do since you was born to the earth..maybe you will think, How? a baby don't have any tooth..why i should take a treatment?

At least your father or your mother should something usefull for your mouth and always take attention to your mouth cleanness..it means your family should always clean the baby mouth after giving him/her a glass of milk..

Abouth teeth...

Humansgrow two sets of teeth. The first set (the "baby," "milk," "primary" or "deciduous" set) appears at about six months of age, although some babies are born with one or more teeth already visible. This stage is known as teething and can be quite painful for an infant. Human children have 20 milk teeth evenly distributed across the mouth's quadrants. Each quadrant of five teeth has a:

central incisor
lateral incisor
cuspid
first
second molar
Third molar

The second, permanent set of 32 teeth appears (erupts) between the ages of six and 12 years in the human dentition. The old set is pushed out of the jaw as the new set erupts. The third molars (the wisdom teeth) are the final teeth to erupt, usually around age 20. However, it is common for the wisdom teeth not to erupt at all; this is often the case in small jaws without room to support the extra teeth. It is possible, though rare, for a person to have fourth molars, and there have been instances where fifth molars have been present in the dentition.

Parts of teeth..

The left side shows healthy gums and bones and the right side shows unhealthy supporting structures. Not all teeth have one root. For example: the molars on the top arch have three roots, whereas, the molars on the bottom arch have two roots.

Glossary of Terms:

Blood vessels - carry nutrients to the tooth.

Bone - alveolar bone forms the tooth socket and provides it with support.

Cementum - the layer of hard bone-like tissue covering the root of the tooth.

Cemento-enamel junction - the line where the enamel and cementum meet.

Dentin - the hard yellow tissue underlying the enamel and cementum, making up the main bulk of the tooth.

Enamel - the hard, white outer layer of the tooth.

Gingiva - the gum tissue surrounding the tooth.

Ligament - the connective tissue that surrounds the tooth and connects it to bone.

Nerves - relay signals such as pain to and from your brain.

Pulp - located in the center of the tooth, it contains the arteries, veins and nerves.

Root canal - canal in the root of the tooth where the nerves and blood vessels travel through.
